Spiders No. 2 in preseason poll – Updated Aug. 26

They’re  No. 2.  The University of Richmond Spiders, defending champions of the Football Championship Subdivision (formerly Division I-AA) are ranked behind Appalachian State in the preseason FCS coaches poll. The Spiders’ league, the Colonial Athletic Association, can stand up and shout “REPRESENT.”  Eight of the CAA’s 12 teams are in the poll.  [...]

ACC releases basketball schedule
